The website of the Narrative Training Associates (NTA):
Narrative Training Associates (NTA) is a non-profit organization founded in 1995 by a group of therapists who had formed a learning community around narrative ideas. Its approach to therapy is sensitive to issues of social justice, fairness and equity particularly in the realms of gender, race and class and it is deeply concerned with the excesses of professionalism that can make therapy irrelevant to poor and minority people. It works collaboratively with the persons seeking help, and it adopts a stance which assists them in affirming and accessing their own resources, skills, and individual and cultural knowledges.
